Keith counsels and implements compliance and risk management regarding digital presence and websites, creates internal privacy and security programs, and privacy policies. Transactional services include a wide variety of agreements including drafting and negotiating agreements related to confidentiality, joint development, clinical trials, and privacy rights. He provides legal assistance for compliance with privacy laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other privacy laws. Keith develops incident response policies and provides crisis data management planning. No matter what aspect of privacy law and intellectual property law he is involved in, his strong analytical skills and attention to detail allow him to look deeper into surface-issues and develop ideal solutions for all situations.
Keith is also experienced in handling patent and trademark infringement matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Keith has assisted in Hatch-Waxman litigation on behalf of major pharmaceutical companies, and represented clients in many district courts and appeals courts.

He has prepared, licensed, defended, and enforced patents in the chemical, mechanical, electrical and computer sciences arts. He has also prepared trademark and copyright applications, drafted opinion letters, and worked on software and digital media issues. Keith's post grant proceeding work that includes inter partes reviews (IPR), post grant reviews (PGR), covered business method (CBM) and re-examinations are all strongly focused on meeting client objectives. His consistent successes in many types of legal dealings form many years of a creditable, solid history in intellectual property.

In addition Keith served six years during 1984-1990 as a non-commissioned officer with the U.S. Army. He was assigned to HHT 1st Squadron 26th Cavalry, and then Co. B, 102nd Medical Battalion, 10th Mountain Division as a combat medic.
