Celebrating Black History Month
This month, February 2021, we attended a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office event honoring African American women inventors: Dr. Aprille Ericsson, Dr. Ayanna Howard and Dr. Arlyne Simon, who received patents relating to satellites, robotics and microarrays, respectively. They shared inspiring stories, promoting creativity and innovation for inventors of all ages and backgrounds. These achievements have been shared prominently on our reception monitor wall so these inventors bring inspiration to all employees and visitors.
