Junior Mechanical Plus Prosecution Attorney (2-4 years)
The Firm seeks an Intellectual Property attorney with approximately two years’ experience for sophisticated patent prosecution and freedom to operate/opinion practice. Mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics or similar background preferred. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and investigational skills and experience in prior art research, analyzing patentability and freedom to operate issues, providing other pre-litigation advice, drafting patent applications and handling a prosecution docket. Chemical Prosecution Associate (3-5 years’ experience)
