Greg Reilly’s practice encompasses all aspects of IP law, including domestic and foreign patent and trademark counseling and procurement, as well as litigation, licensing, due diligence, and patentability and right-to-use investigations.  Greg’s patent prosecution experience extends to complex proceedings, such as patent reexaminations and reissues, and his trademark prosecution experience encompasses opposition and cancellation proceedings.  Greg’s litigation experience includes conducting infringement investigations, drafting pleadings and motion papers, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and producing and reviewing discovery documents.  Greg has also negotiated and drafted settlement agreements in a variety of contested matters.

Greg takes the time to investigate the latest changes in IP law and USPTO rules, as well as to consider how to take advantage of those changes to add value to clients’ IP portfolios.  Greg served for several years as the Chair of the firm’s Patent Law Update Committee, in which role he regularly provided updates about such changes to the other attorneys in the firm.
