Litigation Associate (3-5 years’ experience)
The Firm seeks an associate to assist in patent litigation matters. Requirements include a minimum of three years’ experience in litigation. Candidates must have superior communication skills and ability to work with clients. Prosecution experience and knowledge of the ITC is a plus. U.S. Patent Bar also a plus. EE/Computer/Physics Associate (2-5 years’ experience)
The Firm seeks an associate to work closely with renowned clients in drafting and prosecuting electronic and software-related patent applications for cutting-edge technologies. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related science with strong knowledge of computer systems or machine learning. A minimum of two years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution is preferred. The candidate must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
