Jackson primarily focuses on patent prosecution and preparation in the mechanical and biomedical arts.
At Penn State Law, Jackson received a concentration in Intellectual Property. Jackson served as the president of Penn State’s Intellectual Property Law Association. As part of his studies, he worked in an intellectual property clinic which offered services to underrepresented communities in Pennsylvania. Additionally, to his educational experience, Jackson has worked in a technology transfer office, interned at the USPTO, and competed in both patent drafting and inter partes review competitions. Upon graduating from Penn State Law, Jackson was admitted to the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization recognizing excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing.
Prior to law school, Jackson studied biomedical engineering with a focus on biomechanics at Penn State University. In addition to gaining experience in the biomedical arts, he has worked in varying fields including elevator and fire system design.
