At the invitation of trusted Swedish associate Valea AB, Keith Gilman joined a distinguished array of attorneys from around the world at the International Patent Forum in London, operated by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP). Mr. Gilman presented on post-grant proceedings in the United States with comparison to EPO oppositions, followed by a panel discussion on the topic. In addition to drawing top practitioners from around the world, the event welcomed a keynote address from Baroness Neville-Rolfe, Minister of Intellectual Property in the United Kingdom.
