On April 27, 2017, the New Jersey Law Journal announced that Lerner David had been selected as the top intellectual property litigation practice in New Jersey. In a write-up published on June 5, 2017, the Law Journal noted that some of Lerner David’s cases “yielded significant written decisions.” The competition was decided based on submissions discussing litigation results during the year 2016. Firms were asked to submit up to seven successful trial and appellate victories, as well as an essay describing what makes the firm stand out in its chosen specialty.
