We are proud to welcome our 2026 Summer Associates, Nicholas Bougher (The George Washington University School of Law), Lina Jlelaty (Seton Hall University School of Law), Gabriela Soskind (Rutgers Law School Newark), and Hayley Yang (Rutgers Law School Newark). It should be a fun and productive summer. So happy to welcome them as part of the Lerner David team this Summer. Our summer program will run from Monday, June 1, 2026, until Friday, July 31, 2026.
Summer associates at Lerner David are offered a wide variety of work projects and enjoy an informal and collegial work atmosphere. Our firm’s continued success depends upon our ability to hire and develop top legal talent. To that end, we are committed to providing our summer associates with excellent training and exposure to a variety of matters. Each summer associate is assigned an attorney mentor to help facilitate the transition from law student to summer associate. They will work on all aspects of IP law that we have throughout the summer. Our summer program includes many opportunities for summer associates to get to know the firm’s lawyers as well as one another. We have many planned social events. These events consist of Taco Tuesday, Wine & Design Art Experience, Eataly Short Hills, mini golf, and other informal events. We look forward to getting to know Nicholas, Lina, Gabriela, and Hayley!
