Lerner David is proud to welcome six exceptional students to our 2025 Patent Law Externship Program. Now in its fourth year, this week-long program provides college students—and recent graduates with technical backgrounds—an immersive introduction to intellectual property law. Participants will attend interactive sessions led by firm partners covering key topics such as patent procurement, litigation, post-grant proceedings, licensing, opinions, and trademark law. In addition, they’ll benefit from one-on-one mentoring sessions with attorneys and partners, gaining valuable personal guidance and professional development.
