Lerner David is proud to announce the participation in the Midsize Mansfield Rule program sponsored by DiversityLab as part of our commitment to our diversity and inclusion initiatives. The Midsize Mansfield certification process, modeled after the version for larger firms, has been fine-tuned to boost diversity in leadership for firms with 25 – 150 lawyers. The participation marks the Firm’s commitment to enhance our current practices in considering diverse candidates in hiring new individuals and in elevating existing individuals to positions of leadership within the Firm, as well as for participation in client pitches and high visibility client work.

Lerner David is one of 70+ law firms participating in the second iteration of the Midsize Mansfield, which launched on September 15, 2021 and will join the original 25+ law firms that began in 2020.
