Sterlon Mason is an associate with the firm. Mr. Mason practices in all areas of intellectual property law with extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, patent counseling, and the preparation of patentability, infringement and validity opinions in the semiconductor, consumer electronics and computer arts.

He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has prosecuted numerous domestic and international patent applications in the electrical, mechanical and software arts. Mr. Mason also has expertise in the areas of reexaminations, reissues and appeals. His litigation experience includes conducting discovery and drafting litigation documents.

In addition to conducting in-house seminars on U.S. patent laws for Japanese companies and organizations in Japan, Mr. Mason is an instructor at Temple University, Japan Campus, lecturing on various aspects of U.S. intellectual property laws.
