A Wealth of Valuable Experience
Harvey can draw on many years of experience to help advance your project and address issues that may currently, or in the future, be an impediment to success. Harvey has advanced scientific training in engineering and chemistry and he has also drafted patent applications requiring mechanical and pharmaceutical skills. His extensive experience in drafting patent applications and his experience in patent prosecution in both the U.S. and internationally is a valuable resource to new and experienced clients alike.
Harvey has demonstrated an ability to work with inventors, managers and business personnel to get the job done. He has also negotiated with U.S. and foreign patent examiners as well as adversaries to achieve his client's objectives without being unnecessarily confrontational; these negotiations covered agreements and licenses between companies as well as patent claims. Experience has taught him that pragmatic compromise can be more valuable to a client than a legal victory achieved at significant cost.
Helping You to Reach Your Goals
Harvey understands that finding the solution to your problem or preparing a valuable intellectual property asset is what is important to you. Harvey has worked with individuals, small and large businesses, Fortune-500 companies, and he appreciates the differences between each in order to optimize an outcome appropriate for each client.
