Gewirtz and Rady Co-Author American Bar Association’s Treatise on ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators

LDLKM is pleased to announce the contribution and recognition of two of its partners Greg Gewirtz and Arnold Rady as authors and associate editors of the American Bar Association's newly published 840-page treatise: ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators. This may be the first book of its kind, providing invaluable insight into the strategies and legal precedent by some of our country's most experienced attorneys who litigate ANDA cases. Greg and Arnold co-authored Chapter 10 of the book describing summary judgment motion practice, including a review of the law and litigation strategies from the vantage points of both proprietary and generic drug companies. They provide insight from many years and many personal experiences from practice in this important field of law. One of Arnold's earliest involvements in this field was a role in the landmark case of Roche Products, Inc. v. Bolar Pharmaceutical Co., which sparked the need for the Hatch-Waxman legislation.
