On June 12, 2019, Lerner David partner Roy Wepner was honored by the New Jersey Law Journal as an “Unsung Hero” of the New Jersey bar. The award is intended to celebrate lawyers who often work behind the scenes, but whose efforts are indispensable to their firm. Wepner has been a partner with Lerner David for over 35 years. The Law Journal highlighted Roy’s work in building the firm’s IP litigation practice by stepping into cases where he had no prior involvement and preparing hard-hitting and persuasive briefs while leaving off his name in favor of others on the team.
