Natalie Richer was recognized as a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal, an award given to a select number of lawyers who have built accomplished careers and established themselves as leaders within their firms, organizations, and the larger legal community before reaching the age of 40. The basic criteria for selection was that these standout lawyers developed practice niches, amassed strong books of business, demonstrated leadership qualities, showed expertise in litigation or transactional work, and committed themselves to pro-bono, charitable and professional volunteer work.
